We are manufacturers of Induction Furnaces. We have designed and developed medium frequency induction melting furnaces for melting ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Our design is unique and competent for consistent and optimum melt rate at energy efficient performance.
Cost of power (energy) is the major and controlling input of the foundry products. Foundry men started realizing this fact and therefore started to find out ways and means as to how best the energy saving method can be implemented.
By virtue of our hands on experience in and exposure to induction melting applications we could detect and realize various reasons responsible for the poor and inefficient performance of the melting systems of different makes. We have not only detected the reasons, we have found out the solutions too to overcome the problems.
We have so far solved the problems faced by many of our customers with their existing systems and converted their equipment to energy efficient ones, besides improving the melt rates.
The equipment that we offer is designed to eliminate such problems and is a competent system to perform trouble free, rugged and durable and match with all the good qualities of any renowned product. Our system shall, hence, be a confidence booster for you to meet your increased production challenges.
We have customers throughout India and abroad. Our specialization is basically in foundries and we manufacture and supply energy efficient power supplies from 50kW to 2000kW with 200Hz, 500Hz, 600Hz, 1000Hz, 1200Hz, 2500Hz, 3000Hz and Furnaces ranging from 50kg to 16,000kg to melt Iron / Steel / Alloys / Brass / Bronze / Copper / Aluminum / Silver / Gold. Also we manufacture oil / Gas fired energy efficient reverboratory furnaces for non-ferrous melting up to 3000kg aluminum and 1000kg brass.
Our organisation is promoted by technocrats / professionals. We have started our operations in January 2000 and having more than 50 Customers in India and a few abroad.
We have our manufacturing facility located in SIDCO industrial estate, kakkalur, Tiruvallur and have few service centers to render services to the customers. We have channel partners also at other centers.
Mr. P. Eswaran our Director having about 25 plus years experience in the induction furnace both mains frequency and medium frequency. He had his earlier stint with PSG College of Technology in their foundry as a shop floor Engineer. Later he joined Vidyut Agni Furnaces P. Ltd., and had been their Works Manager during the period 1988 to 2000. Due to his handling the above post, he has acquired a vast knowledge in designing, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of induction furnaces. He also has vast experience in the Design, manufacture, commissioning and operation of oil fired and gas fired furnaces.
Besides,a team of Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineers is employed by the company to assist /render help to the promoters. The said staff members are also have enough experiences in erection, commissioning and servicing of Induction furnaces. They are all either worked with the renowned Induction furnace manufactures or worked in the maintenance of such equipment in other Industries.
